Low impact classes targeting areas weakened during pregnancy
These fun indoor classes will work your whole body but are specifically designed to strengthen and tone those areas weakened during pregnancy – in other words, we’ll sort out those wobbly bits that didn’t used to wobble. So goodbye jelly, hello trim tum!
There is also a strong focus on restoring your pelvic floor and core.
You’ll be working out with other mums, so you’ll all have similar goals. And it’s a great way to make new friends
Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. You can attend when you’ve had your six-week check from your doctor (8-10 weeks for C-section).
